What my clients say about working with me

“Kata is very supportive, warm and understanding. In that kind of environment it's easier to say what's on your mind and connect, because you know you won't be judged for anything. I find it helpful to have tasks to work on between the sessions and all the materials provided were helpful. Also all the exercises we did during our sessions really made a lot of sense and helped me bring to awareness some things that were buried deep. I find it helpful to get the explanation for why it makes sense that I feel or think a certain way and that was something I always got in the sessions with Kata.”
Meg (UK)
“After the very first session with Kata, I already knew she was the professional I wanted to guide me through my healing journey. After every session, I leave with new realizations and insights that help me get closer to understanding myself.”
Anna (Hungary)
“What I especially value during our work together is the safe and accepting atmosphere Kata creates in every session. With her, I feel completely comfortable sharing my thoughts and emotions honestly. She often reminds me of my worth and value, which has been incredibly important for my personal growth and self-confidence.”
Peter (Austria)
“My first experience with therapy was with Kata, and from the very beginning, I felt comfortable enough to open up and be myself. She created a safe and supportive space where I felt truly heard. Together, we explored different tools and approaches, looking at challenges from multiple perspectives, which was something I particularly appreciated. The exercises between sessions encouraged me to continue reflecting and working on myself beyond our conversations.”
Parker (Germany)
“One of the most valuable parts of my work with Kata was the validation I received. For the first time, I heard from someone else that what I was feeling was valid and that it was okay to feel that way. I also found it incredibly helpful when Kata reflected back the progress I had made. It allowed me to recognize how far I had come, even during periods when I felt as though I wasn't making any progress at all.”
Julia (USA)
“Working with Kata feels easy. From our very first introductory session, I felt we had a great connection. Her empathy and compassion come through naturally, which was incredibly important to me because I was looking for a therapist who would truly understand my situation and make me feel safe. I also appreciate that she takes notes without ever making me feel like she's reading my life back to me from a notebook. Whatever I bring to a session, we always build on it together, discovering new perspectives along the way. Kata is open to every topic, fully present, and consistently supportive.”
Mike (Germany)
“I love that Kata always checks in with how I'm doing in the moment and adapts our sessions to what I'm experiencing, rather than sticking rigidly to a plan. At the same time, there's always a safe structure that holds the process together. I genuinely feel heard, and I know she takes what I'm going through seriously. That makes it much easier for me to open up and share my feelings honestly. No matter what emotions come up during a session, I never feel like I'm left alone with them or that we have to rush through them. Instead, we have the space to stay with whatever comes up and work through it together. And if a particular exercise doesn't work for me, she never forces it—we simply adjust the session while continuing to move the work forward.”
Emily (UK)
“One of the things I find most valuable is that Kata always gives me practical exercises to work on between sessions, whether that's writing letters or using tools I can apply in everyday life. It helps me carry what I've learned in therapy into my daily life instead of leaving it in the therapy room. Fairly early on, I found myself using what I'd learned in a stressful situation, and it was a moment I was genuinely proud of. I owe a lot of that to Kata, who helped me respond differently in situations like that. It also meant a great deal when I shared that experience in our next session and she was genuinely happy for me and encouraging. Even if it seemed like a ‘small’ step, it was an important milestone in my progress. I always look forward to our next weekly session.”
