A little bit about me

"Life is a succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood"

Based in Barcelona for the past decade, I offer psychological counselling in English and Hungarian, creating a space where you can grow and heal.

Originally from Hungary, I’ve called Barcelona

home for more than 10 years, where I live with my multicultural, multilingual family. Before settling here, I lived in several European countries, searching for a sense of belonging and personal growth.

When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy travelling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with my husband, kids, and our dog.

I am a passionate music lover —I enjoy attending concerts, playing music myself, and exploring the ways music can inspire and heal. I also have a deep love for freshly brewed coffee and I am always curious about personal development—whether through reading, exploring new therapeutic techniques, or simply learning from life’s experiences.

Theraphy works best when you feel understood from the start. Let's see if we're a good fit.
