A little bit about me

"Life is a succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood"

Based in Barcelona for the past decade, I offer psychological counselling in English and Hungarian, creating a space where you can grow and heal.

Originally from Hungary, I’ve called Barcelona

home for more than 10 years, where I live with my multicultural, multilingual family. Before settling here, I lived in several European countries, searching for a sense of belonging and personal growth.

When I’m not seeing clients, I enjoy travelling, hiking, and spending time outdoors with my husband, kids, and our dog.

I am a passionate music lover —I enjoy attending concerts, playing music myself, and exploring the ways music can inspire and heal. I also have a deep love for freshly brewed coffee and I am always curious about personal development—whether through reading, exploring new therapeutic techniques, or simply learning from life’s experiences
